Innovative skincare and grooming brand Monroe of London have joined forces with artist Charlie Herman and singer Collette Cooper to unveil the first in a series of collaborative candles with stylish, interesting and creative people. This edition will be limited to a run of 200.
The candle will carry the Monroe signature fragrance which has been so successful in their Cologne No4.
Top notes: Lime, Green Tea and Mandarin
Heart: Basil, Bergamot and Jasmine
Base notes: Patchouli, Amber and Cedar wood.
In tune with all of the Monroe range our aim was to produce something that would work on more than one level. The candle will fill your environment with a sophisticated fragrance that is up lifting, clean and energizing, as it burns the illustration created by Charlie will evolve and become more obvious as it is backlit by the flame. The candle will burn for around 100 hours, as it’s made from the finest quality wax available. We use pure cotton wicks and hand pour each candle to insure the very highest quality.

This echo’s what we believe at Monroe, things should be reused and re purposed to get the very best from them, as well as protecting our environment, and putting an end to the throw away culture that has become such an issue on our planet.”
We love the image of Collette, who has become a firm friend of the brand. Collette has a unique style, sense of humour and effortless cool, which epitomizes everything that we are doing at Monroe.
Charlie has been a dream to work with on this project, his illustrations manages to be relaxed while remaining remarkably stylish. We think he has captured Collette’s personality perfectly, and hope that this will be the first of many projects that we collaborate on with him.
